How To Claim
Prizes up to $500 can be claimed at any Nebraska
Lottery retailer. Prizes of $501 to $19,999 must be claimed by
mail or at a Regional Lottery Claim Center. Prizes of $20,000 or more
must be claimed in person at Nebraska Lottery Headquarters in Lincoln.
Subscriptions
The Nebraska Lottery does not offer a subscription service.
Beneficiary Information
Proceeds from the Nebraska support the environment, education, the
Nebraska State Fair, and compulsive gamblers assistance. All 93
counties in Nebraska have benefited from projects funded with Nebraska
Lottery proceeds.
Retailer Bonus Structure
Nebraska Lottery retailers receive a 5 percent commission on each
ticket sold, and can qualify for additional bonuses and incentives.
Retailers earn a 1% High Prize Sellers bonus if they sell a winning
ticket of $1,000 or more.
Tax Information
Prizes above $5,000 have state and federal taxes automatically
withheld, at 5 and 25 percent, respectively.
